Pricing

Employer groups are priced per employee per month (PEPM) by enrolled headcount. Each group selects a Core, Pro, or Premium package. Annual agency licenses bill the broker. Agency Core and Agency Pro monthly are concluded by the employer client.

Billing Options

Plans are contracted with your broker or BenefitsInteractive directly. Charges are typically invoiced outside this website—by invoice with bank transfer (ACH), recurring bank debits, or Stripe Checkout for sent platform invoices when your organization has that option enabled. There is no self-serve signup checkout on this page.

Agency Broker Licenses

Agency platform licenses are billed in addition to employer PEPM. Annual plans are sized by enrolled book (under 3,000 or under 7,000 users) and package (Core / Pro / Premium). Monthly Core and Pro options are also available. Contracted amounts may differ from list for one-off deals.

Your exact PEPM is quoted within these ranges based on configuration, rollout scope, and support requirements. Package tier (Core, Pro, or Premium) is folded into your overall quote alongside PEPM. Annual billing applies a 20% discount to the total subscription.

Group size 25–69 employees: Core $49/mo, Pro $59/mo.

AI Technology

AI usage in excess of $10/month billed quarterly. AI costs: Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite at $0.25/M input and $1.50/M output tokens (Google Standard list rates).

SMS Usage

SMS and AI usage share a combined $10.00/month included budget per group. SMS beyond the combined pool is billed at $0.015 per SMS text sent (warn-only alerts at 80% and 100% of the included budget).

Admin and Broker Seats

  • 3 admin/broker users included with every employer group
  • Additional employer admin seats: $12 per seat per month
Additional Seat License

Broker agency platform licenses include up to 8 seats across your team. When your agency needs more than 8 broker or assistant seats, each additional seat is billed monthly.

  • Up to 8 seats included with every broker agency platform license (any tier level)
  • More than 8 seats: $59 per additional seat per month
