Project set up fee
Setup fees waived for all new group cases that are contracted prior to August 15, 2026.

- Configuration for multiple business units and segments
- Optional alignment with existing communication calendars and campaigns
Your exact PEPM will be quoted within these ranges based on configuration, rollout scope, and support requirements. Annual billing applies a 20% discount to the total subscription.
Text messaging add‑on (optional)
Add SMS reminders so employees never miss what matters—enrollment deadlines, confirmations, and required learning.
Typical use cases:

You can run BenefitsInteractive with or without texting; the add‑on simply layers SMS onto your existing experience. Annual billing discounts the combined base + texting total by 20%.
AI Technology
AI usage in excess of $10/month billed quarterly. AI costs: Gemini 2.0 Flash at $0.30/M input and $2.50/M output tokens.
Admin and broker seats
Give the right people direct access to dashboards and controls.
- 3 admin/broker users included with every employer (for example: HR lead, broker, and one backup)
- Additional admin or broker users: $12 per seat per month
Additional seats are ideal for regional HR, additional broker team members, or other stakeholders who need direct insight and configuration access. Extra seats are also included in the 20% annual discount when billed annually.
