13 questions, about 3–5 minutes. Not a satisfaction survey and not a health-status questionnaire.
Anonymous Benefits Needs & Understanding Pulse
See what employees actually need to understand — without names on the answers.
The Benefits Needs & Understanding Assessment is a no-cost, no-obligation pulse for brokers and HR teams. It is a look under the hood of how BenefitsInteractive helps you evaluate whether current benefits education is working — before anyone buys a platform.
Request a unique pulseSame instrument brokers and HR already use in the Needs Assessment tabs — minted as a unique pulse for one employer, not a shared public survey.
13 questions, about 3–5 minutes. Not a satisfaction survey and not a health-status questionnaire.
Results are reported only as group totals, and only when enough people respond. The privacy floor is 5 completed responses; most pulses use a threshold of 8. Below that, we do not produce a report. Each pulse also caps at 500 responses.
You set campaign dates when we mint the pulse. The window can run up to 90 days.
HR and the broker of record receive the same Action Plan when the sample qualifies. Employees never see anyone else’s answers.
Whether people know how to use the plans you already offer, where they get stuck finding answers, and which education formats they will actually use — so you are not adding another vendor to fix a communication gap.
Whether current OE packets, intranet pages, and carrier portals are producing understanding — or only distribution. The Action Plan names education topics and library folders the full platform would assign.
The Action Plan belongs to the assessed employer (and their broker). It is not a BenefitsInteractive sales file. There is no obligation to use the full platform afterward.
Tell us who you are and which employer to assess. We mint a one-employer campaign in the Needs Assessment tabs and send you the anonymous employee link plus suggested copy. Do not put that link in a system that attaches employee IDs.
This is partner intake — not self-serve minting, and not a sign-up for BenefitsInteractive.
If the pulse is useful
The folders in the Action Plan are what BenefitsInteractive would assign year-round. When you are ready, see the full platform for brokers and HR — still no obligation.
